Surrounded by a lush pinewood is Villa el Olivo, one of our completely renovated holiday villas in Sitges. Amid a docile nature, the house seduces by its peaceful atmosphere, its location away from the urban bustle. It’s located at only eight minutes from the famous village of Sitges by car.

Built on a large ground, with terrace, garden and a fenced pool, this three stage Sitges holiday villa is ideal for families looking for nature, fresh air and calm, for friends who want to have fun and privacy, for curious people wanting to explore a cultural city and a picturesque village. People who want to stay in a peaceful environment, quiet and silence, surrounded by nature.

From the main floor you can directly acces to the garden and private pool. A heated pool that you can fully enjoy from February to November in a hot temperature to exercise your body and free your mind. Enclosed by a security fence, the pool offers peace of mind for parents, and protection for playful and fearless children.

This large garden also has a slightly raised terrace with an ideal porch for long summer meals and a practical barbecue for outdoor dinners.

At this same level are the living room with indoor dining area, fully equipated modern kitchen with bar for two and direct acces to the garden and to a bathroom.

The first floor has another outside area, the chill-out with a superb view over the lush nature surrounding and the clear blue sky. With convenient and comfortable furnishings, this space is ideal for naps, for read a good book or enjoy an aperitif, day and night.

On the third floor of this private villa is the large suite, a spacious and bright room, modern and quiet, with its private bathroom and its own dressing. The wardrobe can become another room if the customer wishes: it’s convenient to transform into a children’s bedroom.

Finally, on the ground floor, the host has a big outdoor space with ping-pong table and garage when he can park two or three cars.
